As many people ask – What was your favorite LEAN project I had many but I lead a team in India that took a 36 hour highly labor intensive process and built a completely automated filling system prototype that took the entire process down to 90 minutes. We literally built a highly automated machine from scratch in 5 days (24 your days). It became a global standard for the company and is in use 24 X 7X 365 throughout India.
